Carroll Commons will be located in Newark, Delaware. It consists of 2 buildings housing a total of sixteen townhouse type apartments that face into a central courtyard and cartway. There will be 800 square feet of retail space fronting on Amstel Street. Preliminary plans have been approved by the Newark Planning Commission. Construction should begin early 2012, and be completed by summer 2012.
