Lincoln Towers is a $25 million project located in “Trolley Square,” a trendy area of Wilmington, Delaware. It houses 88 apartments for the 62 and older population, support space, a subgrade parking garage and a full-service fire station for the Wilmington Fire Department. The square footage is approximately 132,000 square feet. It is currently under construction. Completion is scheduled for summer 2012.
