DCI was engaged to design an addition to the Upper School building of Ursuline Academy in Wilmington, DE. Due to the extremely confined area of the campus, a computer model was generated of the entire site showing all existing and surrounding buildings. This model assisted in the master planning and study of possible design/program solutions. The result is a 7,750 square foot, two story addition which includes 5 classrooms, a science lab, staff office/ conference area and 2 new toilet rooms.
