This building, along Wilmington’s Christina Gateway, was restored by DCI per the guidelines of the National Trust for Historic Preservation. The proposed use was commercial/office space. The original designer was noted architect Frank Furness. This restoration was complete. Exterior and interior features were addressed in their entirety.
