DCI has been involved with various projects at the Columbus Inn over the past 20 years:
- Design of the exterior stone patio (1997)
- New stairs and egress work (1991)
- Recent interior renovations (2010)
- Second floor life safety work (2010)
- Master planning of site (2010)
- Interior renovations (1997)

The mulit-level stone patio and custom canopy on the front of the Columbus Inn has become a focal point for this historic building, blending contemporary lines and arcs with a circa 1700’s Colonial building.
